About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to lead strategic sales and tender campaigns within our Programme environment.
You will manage the full bid lifecycle from the initial Request for Proposal (RFP) through to contract signature, ensuring competitive, compliant, and winning submissions.
Operating within the HENSOLDT GEW governance framework, you will drive the "Win the Contract" process, aligning bids with customer requirements and strategic business objectives.
