Qualifications

• Honours degree in a quantitative field (NQF8) required.
• At least eight years of BI analytics experience in higher education or related sector.
• At least three years in a management role with stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced expertise in statistical analysis and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience translating data into actionable executive insights.
• Proven track record in managing teams, budgets and BI projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the University's BI strategy.
• Lead design and enhancement of BI systems with data governance alignment.
• Support planning and monitor performance via dashboards.
• Conduct advanced analyses, forecasts and identify strategic risks.
• Produce dashboards and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee data warehouse integrity and reporting tools.
