Summary of Role

As our BI & CRM Operations Analyst, you are the technical backbone that empowers our client teams with clarity and efficiency.

You will become a "bilingual" expert—fluent in the language of business needs and the technical language of CRMs, integrations, and BI tools.

In this delivery‑focused role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, designing and building the scalable analytics solutions that connect their tech stacks and illuminate their path to growth.

Your Impact & What You’ll Do

You won’t just be running reports; you’ll be building the reliable data foundations that our clients depend on to make critical business decisions.

Architect Clarity with Data: You will design, build, and automate the powerful dashboards (primarily in Looker Studio) that serve as the command center for our clients' sales and marketing programs, transforming complex data into their most valuable asset.

Build the Central Nervous System of RevOps: You will configure and maintain the critical integrations between CRMs (Salesforce & HubSpot) and other platforms, ensuring a seamless and reliable flow of data that powers everything from lead routing to revenue attribution.

Be a Versatile Problem‑Solver for Diverse Clients: You will parachute into multiple client engagements, quickly mastering their unique tech stacks and business models to deliver tailored reporting and automation solutions that solve their biggest challenges.

  • You’re Fluent in the Modern Tech Stack: You have hands‑on administration experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot and are proficient with at least one major BI platform (Looker Studio preferred).
  • A strong command of SQL or advanced spreadsheet functions is essential.
  • You’re a Natural Systems Integrator: You have a knack for connecting the dots and have experience designing and maintaining data integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, or native connectors.
  • You Believe in Precision and Accountability: You have a high attention to detail and take immense pride in the quality and accuracy of your work, from data hygiene to meeting delivery timelines.
