Clarins Group is seeking a Beauty Coach for Canal Walk RA in Johannesburg to deliver expert skincare and makeup consultations, follow Clarins protocols, and drive sales performance. You will manage customer data, support CRM activities, and actively promote the brand across retail channels.

The role requires strong product knowledge, client engagement, and the ability to upsell while maintaining impeccable store standards and appearance.

Formación

• Retail beauty experience and exceptional customer service.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain benefits.
• Ability to meet sales KPI and drive business results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consultations and personalise beauty rituals.
• Demonstrate products per Clarins protocols; perform cross-sell and cross-sampling.
• Handle product objections and maintain customer data; support CRM activities.
• Deliver product combinations and propose alternatives; stay informed on brand info for customers.
• Recruit new customers and promote the brand's 360° presence, including social media and e‑commerce.
• Understand KPIs, report daily sales, and perform daily administration.
