Job summary

Bash is seeking a delivery driver to transport parcels to customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner in the Western Cape region. You will plan routes, handle parcels with care, and coordinate with logistics teams to meet pickup and delivery schedules.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a roadworthy vehicle, with preference given to those with logistics experience and strong time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Own roadworthy vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Previous delivery driver experience preferred.
• Own Android 5.0+ device (excluding Huawei).
• Able to work shifts 07:00–19:30, Mon-Sat.
• Experience in logistics/transportation preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:

• You have your own roadworthy vehicle and valid driver’s license which you will use to transport parcels
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
• You have your own compatible device that runs on Android 5.0 and above (excluding Huawei devices)
• Able to work shifts [between 07h00 and 19h30, Mon-Sat]
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
• Your organisational and time management skills are exceptional.
• You excel in communication and have strong interpersonal abilities.
• You can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Additional logistics or transportation certifications.
• Previous experience working on a delivery/routing applications
• Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet operational demands.
