Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests at the bar and in the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory counts, and ordering of bar supplies.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Support restaurant service by preparing drink orders for waitstaff promptly.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures for the bar area.
