Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for Bartenders based in the City of Cape Town.

Responsibilities

Bartenders at Test Run Events are responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and collaborating with event teams for a seamless guest experience.

Bartenders must adhere to company standards of professionalism and event excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive interactions with guests and team members
• Expertise in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation to provide high-quality service
• Proficiency in Cash Handling for accurate and efficient transactions
• Ability to perform well under pressure in fast-paced event environments
• Previous experience in event or hospitality settings is a plus
• Flexibility and availability to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends
