Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional and friendly service to all customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a full range of coffee and tea beverages with speed and precision, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately handle all transactions using our POS system, managing cash and credit card payments.
• Bar Service: As an added advantage, the ability to mix cocktails and serve at the alcohol bar during events would be highly beneficial.
• Stock Management: Assist with daily stock‑taking and inventory management to ensure supplies are well‑maintained.
• Kitchen Support: Be ready to assist in the kitchen with sandwich preparation and other tasks during busy periods to support the team.
• Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts for events and on weekends as and when required.
• Communication: Maintain a well‑spoken and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
