Job description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and non-caffeinated drinks, while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly and timely manner.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and food pairings.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining areas.
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and cups as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, seasonal offerings, and company promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role (preferred but not essential).
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
