Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
• Handle all incoming food orders efficiently and ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving and preparation areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure prompt service delivery.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, managing the point-of-sale system, handling all incoming food orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a friendly, professional attitude, especially during peak hours such as lunch rushes.
