Who are we?

Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.

Since then, our mission has been to create moments of happiness every day and share them with our guests, in nearly 70 Premium and Exclusive Collection Resorts located in the most beautiful destinations in the world.

To create these moments of happiness, we have something others don’t: the Club Med Spirit and our five values, kindness, multiculturalism, responsibility, freedom, and a pioneering spirit.

Today, Club Med is the global leader in premium all-inclusive vacations. We are more than 25,000 Gentle Organizers (G.O) and Gentle Employees (G.E) from over 110 nationalities and cultures, working in Resorts, offices, and agencies across more than 40 countries.

Your work environment

Each Resort features several restaurants and bars, from event venues to more intimate spaces, serving our premium all-inclusive offer.

Our bars and dining spaces encourage meaningful encounters between guests and staff, punctuating the highlights of the day.

From themed evenings to festive events, you will work in a multifaceted environment allowing you to fully express your creativity.

Our refined offer is built on five pillars: creating memorable experiences, surprising guests with a variety of conceptual spaces, promoting well‑being for all (including your own), and engaging guests’ emotions and senses through staging and atmosphere.

You are
  • Sociable, with a natural ability to connect and build trust with guests.
  • Organized and meticulous, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Responsible, capable of managing conflicts and uniting a team.
  • Sales‑oriented, with a commercial mindset focused on both performance and guest satisfaction.
You will
  • Supervise and coordinate all bars across the Resort (serving between 600 and 1,000 guests).
  • Lead and motivate a team of 10 to 20 staff members, supporting them in achieving their goals and developing their skills.
  • Oversee both the financial and qualitative performance of the bar service to maximize results.
  • Welcome, advise, and serve guests while delivering a personalized experience.
  • Organize bar‑related events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Drive additional sales while optimizing the financial results of your department.
  • Manage stock levels and place orders for products, consumables, and small hotel equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, as well as hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Foster cross‑departmental collaboration with other services (F&B, sales) to improve coordination.
  • Master and manage administrative processes related to bar operations.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you will perform your profession with passion while participating in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether engaging with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will contribute to creating unique memories.

Being a G.O is much more than just a job — it means living moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
