Desired Experience, Qualification & Skills
  • Minimum Education / Qualification : Matric / Culinary Arts / Chef Qualification
  • Minimum level / years of Experience : 5 Years
  • Professional Cooking Skills - Able to produce meals professionally across a wide range of menus ensuring skilful presentation
  • Basic Menu Planning Skills - Able to plan menus at a basic level and in liaison with the Catering Manager
  • Communication Skills - Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic Financial Skills - Able to grasp basic financial concepts & perform job related calculations to meet the requirements of the position.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • People Management - Able to lead, motivate and encourage team members to achieve deliverables
  • Planning and Organising Skills - Able to plan, prioritise, schedule and organise activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines
  • Previous high-end B & I experience will be an advantage
