Desired Experience, Qualification & Skills
- Minimum Education / Qualification : Matric / Culinary Arts / Chef Qualification
- Minimum level / years of Experience : 5 Years
- Professional Cooking Skills - Able to produce meals professionally across a wide range of menus ensuring skilful presentation
- Basic Menu Planning Skills - Able to plan menus at a basic level and in liaison with the Catering Manager
- Communication Skills - Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic Financial Skills - Able to grasp basic financial concepts & perform job related calculations to meet the requirements of the position.
- Interpersonal Skills - Able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- People Management - Able to lead, motivate and encourage team members to achieve deliverables
- Planning and Organising Skills - Able to plan, prioritise, schedule and organise activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines
- Previous high-end B & I experience will be an advantage
- Excellent customer and client interaction skills – outgoing personality
