Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Banking operational environment.
• Experience working in a large, demanding and high-pressured environment.
• Good reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all payment transactions to the correct revenue channels.
• Prepare bank reconciliations supported by bank statements.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items.
• Attend to telephonic refund requests.
