A leading financial institution in South Africa is seeking an individual to deliver quality service and manage client relationships. The role requires a first degree in Business Commerce and relevant FAIS qualification, along with 1-2 years of experience in client coverage. Candidates should be able to operate independently and have a good understanding of banking processes. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic team.
To deliver a quality service and manage service gaps realised by clients as they engage through the bank's various touchpoints. Deepen bank-client relationships primarily focused on lending and transactional product entrenchment and uptake on the bank's rewards programme. Mainly driven via campaigns execution and reactive response to client demands.
