Job summary

No formal experience is required, though it is beneficial. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; training provided.
• Driving licence essential; must have access to own vehicle.
• Bank posts with casual hours; shifts agreed with line manager.
• Shift patterns include: 07.00 – 11.00, 07.00 – 14.00, 11.00 – 14.00, 16.00 – 21.00, 17.00 - 22.00.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain independence.
• Deliver high standards of patient care in home settings.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care in the local community.
