Job summary

Premier FMCG Butterworth Depot is seeking a Loader to join the dispatch team. You will be responsible for loading and offloading bread on site, following SOPs, and maintaining FIFO stock rotation. The role reports to the Dispatch Supervisor and requires attention to detail and reliability.

Applicants should have a Grade 12 certificate and at least 3 months of FMCG experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with numerical skills.
• At least 3 months’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Offload and loading bread according to offloads/loading SOP.
• Follow pipeline loading/offloading sequence.
• Tray count and balancing of trays in a truck.
• Attend daily Invocoms.
• Ensure that quality bread is loaded/offloaded.
• Ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO).
• Report back on loading/offloading related matters to offloads supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
