Duties & Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer in the Payouts team, you will focus on enhancing the Payouts platform, enabling merchants to instantly send funds directly to customers, suppliers, and more.

You will collaborate closely with the Recon and Billing teams to implement new features, ensuring a world-class experience for our merchants and their customers. Outcomes: Successfully complete development tasks for our newly launched Payouts platform, while collaborating closely with the rest of the team.

You will also take ownership of the quality and infrastructure needs of your tasks.

Technical Expertise : 4+ years of experience in cloud-based backend engineering. Experience programming in or a strong willingness to learn. Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL/MySQL. AWS knowledge (Lambda, API Gateway, Serverless).

Problem-Solving & Ownership : Ability to design elegant, scalable solutions, ensuring a high level of quality. Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-scale environment.

Collaboration & Communication : Works well in a fully remote team, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, operations, and external partners.
