A leading technology sales company in Somerset West is seeking a B2C sales administrator to join their inbound sales team. The ideal candidate will handle high volumes of leads and qualify prospects for connectivity products. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, achieving sales quotas, and building strong client relationships. The role offers the potential for uncapped commission and requires previous sales or customer service experience.
Are you ready to unleash your sales potential and earn uncapped commission? We are looking for a results-driven B2C (business to consumer) sales administrator to join our inbound sales team to actively monetize a high volume of inbound web leads and qualified orders for our connectivity products and services. You must be comfortable handling dozens of leads per day, qualifying prospects and closing sales via phone, email and messaging. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Ultimately, you will help build certainty throughout the sales and order process and build on our company’s reputation for offering outstanding service.
