Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or wholesale technology sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the local tech market (electronics or gaming).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
  • Based in Johannesburg or Cape Town (hybrid or field work possible).

  • Present and promote the product portfolio to business partners.
  • Drive B2B sales activities and manage customer pipelines.

About the Role

Tech Forgers (Pty) Ltd is a fast-growing technology company engaged in wholesale (B2B) sales across South Africa.

We are expanding our network with corporate buyers, distributors, retail chains, markets, and telecom operators, and we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

This position is designed for professionals with strong client-relation skills and a passion for building new business opportunities in the consumer electronics sector.

The selected candidate will represent our product portfolio — smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, earphones, gaming devices, and other consumer electronics — identifying new partners and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Our product portfolio features brands entering the South African market for the first time, offering European-standard quality products manufactured in Turkey and China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, distributors, retail chains, markets, and local resellers
  • Present and promote Tech Forgers’ portfolio to new and existing business partners
  • Drive wholesale (B2B) sales activities and manage customer pipelines effectively
  • Conduct active sales in smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, earphones, gaming gear, and consumer electronics categories
  • Identify short-term partnership opportunities and expand regional sales channels
  • Develop regional business strategies and explore new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to support campaigns and stock management
  • Prepare quotations, partnership offers, and corporate pricing proposals
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry meetings
  • Report weekly on leads, progress, and achieved targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B or wholesale technology sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of the local tech market (electronics, smartphones, or gaming)
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus
  • Based in Johannesburg or Cape Town (hybrid or field work possible)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network with operators, distributors, retail chains, or local wholesalers
  • Experience in smartphones, tablets, wearables, earphones, gaming, and consumer electronics
  • Ability to establish short-term partnerships and distribution channels
  • Multilingual (English + local language)
  • Experience in brand partnerships or international business development
