You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred, quota carrying
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and feedback with the sales team
