Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Comfortable using outbound tools to source and engage prospects.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls with Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.

• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
