Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, test messaging, and continuously tighten targeting with the sales team.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Candidates with full-cycle closing and quota carry are welcome.
• Two years in SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM software.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
