The Team and The Role
- In the role of the B2B Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Video Collaboration & Personal Workspace business in the Southern Africa Region (SADC).
- The Key Account Manager L4B function is to determine and drive Logitech’s business and growth with current and potential corporate customers, working with and influencing the key decision makers in the channel, and building relationships locally with our alliance partners.
In this role you will
- Develop the Top 100 Corporate, Government & Education B2B Accounts
- Engage with Logitech’s preferred B2B channels to penetrate the Enterprise & Public Sector segment

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team :
- Ability in prospecting new accounts and developing top corporate / government / education accounts within the Southern African countries
- Understand customer pain points, decision criteria and process of RFPs and Tenders
- Ensure you maintain an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.
- Develop and regularly update the annual account plan for Top Accounts
- Create client presentations, do hands-on solutions demo, propose and quote and follow-through till closure.
- Consistently develop new business and convert into opportunities. Work with the channel partners and distributors to fulfil customers’ requirements.
- Work with Inside Sales and Marketing and respond promptly to leads from various sources, qualify, convert and close MQLs.
- Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders including local Channel & Distribution Manager and Solution Engineer as well as with all regional Sales, Finance, Category and Marketing functions.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team :
- 8 years selling in IT or UCC solutions in the B2B customer segment
- Hands-on mentality and able to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Results driven and discerning with regards to priorities.
- Excel in collaboration and relationship building skills.
- Strong influencer with great presentation skills.
- Creative strategic thinker and fast learner.
- Autonomous and self-motivated.
- International mindset.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken is mandatory.
- The role requires monthly travel within South Africa and quarterly within the Southern Africa region
- Relevant education is a plus
