Position Summary

We are seeking a talented individual with superlative Excel skills to join our growing team in Cape Town.

This Data Fulfilment role will primarily cover fast execution of data provisioning for varied campaigns built to spec to target different audiences for B2B demand generation campaigns.

Excel wizardry, a good working knowledge of CRM systems and data platforms, coupled with an unwavering eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy is vital to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate can prove their proficiency with Excel, will have good experience in the B2B demand generation industry and will demonstrate a passion for data excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced data manipulation and analysis in Excel using formulae and functions.
  • Design and implement campaign criteria to build precise target audiences.
  • Develop datasets from the ground up to meet campaign and business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align data outputs with client and project requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies or inefficiencies.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency including complex formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
  • Microsoft Office comprehensive knowledge.
  • Communication tools experience (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
  • LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency.
  • Working with 3rd Data Enrichment Platforms.
  • Confident working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot).
