Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Transformation, B-BBEE verification, and Employment Equity compliance.
• Knowledge of B-BBEE Act & Amended Codes of Good Practice.
• Strong understanding of Employment Equity Act.

Responsibilities

• Champion the company's B-BBEE journey by consolidating and validating scorecard data.
• Coordinate annual verification processes with agencies and business units for audits.
• Prepare monthly EE progress reports and monitor alignment with the EE Plan.
