Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B-BBEE Sales Agent based in Pretoria.

The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell B-BBEE products and services.

The role includes delivering excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The Sales Agent will also educate clients on compliance requirements and B-BBEE solutions to fulfill their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients who require B-BBEE verification and consulting services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Present company offerings and explain the benefits of compliance with B-BBEE legislation.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, verification, admin) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Stay informed about changes in B-BBEE legislation, codes of good practice, and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions on CRM systems.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales (preferably in professional services, consulting, or compliance).
  • Knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, codes, and transformation frameworks – essential.
  • Experience in selling compliance or verification services – highly advantageous.
