Job summary

Blue Pearl PTY is seeking an experienced BI Developer to lead the migration of Qlik dashboards to Amazon QuickSight within a major retail BI initiative. The role requires hands-on development, data modeling, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

You will rebuild data models, calculations, and reporting structures in QuickSight, validate results, and ensure performance and accuracy across migrated solutions while contributing to the overall analytics transformation.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting development.
Proven experience building dashboards in Amazon QuickSight.
Hands-on experience with Qlik platforms (Qlik Sense and/or QlikView).
Experience migrating BI dashboards or reporting solutions between platforms.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing Qlik apps, dashboards, and data models to capture requirements.
Migrate complex Qlik apps to Amazon QuickSight and rebuild data models.
Develop, test, and deploy QuickSight dashboards and visualizations.
Validate migrated solutions for accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve migration challenges.
Document migration processes, data models, and technical designs.
