AWS Developer (Cryptography) – In-Person Only6 or 12 months, renewable

We're on the hunt for an experienced AWS Developer with Cryptography expertise to join a dynamic, security-first team.

This is an on-site contract position with the potential to become a permanent placement. Join a project that demands world‑class cloud architecture and data protection finesse—where your technical strengths will help shape secure, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting and implementing AWS‑based solutions with a strong focus on security and cryptographic protocols.
• Collaborating with DevOps and InfoSec teams to ensure cloud environments meet top‑tier encryption and compliance standards.
• Developing and maintaining APIs and infrastructure‑as‑code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Contributing to threat modelling, secure key management, and tokenisation initiatives.
• Monitoring and optimising system performance, scalability, and cost‑efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years in AWS development with certifications being a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate).
• Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, including key management, data encryption at rest / in transit, and PKI.
• Proficiency in Python,, or similar languages used in serverless / cloud‑native development.
• Experience with KMS, IAM, Secrets Manager, and AWS security services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Nice‑to‑Haves:

• Background in FinTech, Cybersecurity, or related compliance‑heavy industries.
• Familiarity with ISO or NIST frameworks.

Hands‑on Experience:

• Containerisation (Docker / EKS) and GitOps workflows.
