Role Description

Preference will be given to applicants from South Africa to align closer with the team and focus of the role. The AWS Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business revenue growth for LSD Open's AWS cloud practice. This role requires a strategic \"hunter\" sales professional with a deep understanding of IT services and software sales, particularly within the AWS ecosystem. As a trusted advisor, the AWS Business Development Manager will work closely with new customers to identify business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and deliver high-value AWS solutions. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with LSD Open's Solution Architects and Project Managers to design solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
