Job summary

FlySafair in Randburg is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage spare parts movements and stock control. You will update the ERP system, perform cycle counts, and ensure parts are stored correctly as per Work Instructions. The role includes assisting with aircraft spares loading and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements include Grade 12, forklift license as advantageous, C1/B license, and willingness to work shifts. Proficiency in MS Office and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Knowledge of ERP/stock management systems.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for spares movements between base and stations.
• Enter data into ERP promptly to maintain stock accuracy.
• Sort parts upon receipt and keep designated areas organized.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and random counts for accuracy.
• Maintain records and documentation for spare parts movements.
• Create COMAT documentation and packaging as required.
• Manage tools and equipment in the station.
• Control shelf-life items for tools and rotables.
• Load spares on requisition system and update ERP on receipt.
• Daily warehouse housekeeping and shift reporting.
• Assist with aircraft spares loading and resolve queries.
• Follow up on quarantine spares.
