Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation safety management or related operational role.
• In-depth knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS), risk management, and accident investigation techniques.
• Familiarity with ICAO, EASA, SACAA regulations.

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's SMS in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification across all operational areas.
