Placements24 is seeking an experienced Aviation Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards within its Sandton operations. You will monitor changes, implement compliance programs, and advise management on best practices to uphold safety and regulatory excellence.

This role involves internal audits, liaising with authorities, and guiding multiple compliance projects in a dynamic aviation environment across Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar regulatory role within the aviation sector.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation laws, regulations (e.g., SACAA), and safety management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance projects effectively.
