Placements24 seeks a skilled Aircraft Electrician for our Upington operations. You will install, inspect and service electrical systems on aircraft, troubleshoot faults, and support avionic and power distribution networks to ensure safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates hold relevant electrician certification and have several years in aviation electrical maintenance, with strong schematic reading skills and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade certification or qualification as an Electrician is required.
• Experience in aviation electrical maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot and repair aircraft electrical systems.
• Work with avionic systems, power distribution, and related components.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and maintain electrical safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness and company procedures.
