Job Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the registered nurse promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe patient environment, including tidying beds, changing linen, and ensuring supplies are readily available.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth and supportive process.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a compassionate and caring atmosphere.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhanced patient care and operational efficiency.
