Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Software Engineer to design, code, test, and deploy embedded software for automotive systems in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on C/C++ development, RTOS environments, and collaboration with hardware teams to define robust software requirements.

Responsibilities include unit, integration, and system testing, bug fixing, code reviews, and documentation. A degree in CS/EE is required with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven embedded software development experience in automotive.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and RTOS environments.
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN and Ethernet protocols.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies; Git experience.
• Strong analytical and teamwork abilities; ISO26262 knowledge is a plus.
