Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in the automotive industry as a 1st tier supplier to OEM.
• 5 years of experience in a quality manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Working experience in plastic injection moulding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the parts manufactured meet the customer's requirements.
• Supervision of staff.
• Quality and quantity control.
• Training staff to meet QC and safety standards.

Skills

Problem-solving skills

Excellent computer knowledge and experience

Working experience with quality management systems

Education

Grade 12 or equivalent

National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (Quality Management)

Qualified VDA 6.3 process auditor (licensed)
