Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop chassis components and systems (suspension, steering, brakes, frame) using CAD software.
• Perform structural analysis (FEA) and durability testing to ensure component integrity and performance.
• Optimize chassis systems for vehicle dynamics, ride comfort, and handling characteristics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CAE, testing, manufacturing, and vehicle integration teams.
• Develop and validate design specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Support prototype builds and vehicle testing activities, analyzing results and implementing design changes.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies in chassis design.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for project reviews and sign-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive chassis design and development.
