Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the insurance industry, with a focus on automotive assessments.
• Experience managing a team of assessors or similar professionals, with a focus on automotive assessments.
• Experience in staff management, including performance management and staff development.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the automotive assessment team, meeting targets and ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop staff performance, provide coaching and training to ensure high-quality assessments.
• Ensure assessments meet high standards and comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver assessments to clients on time and to their satisfaction.
• Manage client and insurance broker relationships, providing regular updates and addressing issues.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure smooth assessment operations.
• Conduct regular audits of assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage the budget for the assessment department and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay updated with industry regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
