Job Description

The suitable and successful candidate will be responsible for the overall development and performance of an assigned incubation team through the facilitation of the course map and as well as leading and developing the team of incubation agents. Also responsible for the coaching of ‘bottom performers’ as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Coaching

• Daily coaching feedback monitored and sent to Team Leaders and Operations to ensure traction
• Internal calibration sessions held every two weeks (where we unpack the calls sent to internal staff & score the agent based on analysis & align all process and quality related concerns)

Client Feedback & Alignment

• Escalations (Client Journeys) done daily (call analysis of query)

Reporting

• Weekly reporting of CEO escalations that are analysed
• Calibration Weekly reports prepared and sent to the Client (every Friday)
• Biweekly quality reporting to the international quality team
• Monthly repeat call analysis report
• Monthly top ten agents incurring the highest repeats (deep analytical report)

Quality Assurance

• Daily Quality Assessments completed (the number of Assessments is dependent on various and /or other more urgent requirements that may be expected of me)
• Weekly Detailed Quality Report
• Weekly call listening sent by the client to analyse
• Calibration sessions (voice of our clients) held every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
• Must be a people’s person

Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Process and Test Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will evaluate and analyse business processes, elicit and document requirements, and translate them into effective IT solutions. This role combines business analysis, solution testing, and support responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis (45%):

Evaluate, analyse, and document current and future business processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for IT to enhance operations, reduce costs, and optimise benefits.

Ascertain and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Manage and facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

Elicit, understand, and document business/user problems and requirements, translating them into viable IT solutions.

Produce functional specifications, including flowcharts, use cases, wireframes, and other diagrams to clarify business understanding.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of systems supported by the team.

Consult with business units, team members, and project teams to attain optimal solutions and benefits compliant with standards.

Contribute to short- to medium-term planning for continuous business improvement.

Provide guidance for the development of business cases and maintain system manuals, user guides, and FAQs.

Conduct system handovers to relevant process/system owners.

Solution Testing (45%):

Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Review and understand solution requirements, specifications, and project/change success criteria.

Collaborate to define testing strategies, scope, and approach.

Develop and document test plans, scripts, and test cases.

Execute testing including Unit, Integration, Regression, Negative, Functional, and load/performance testing.

Identify, document, and communicate defects to stakeholders, and verify resolutions after remediation.

Manage and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

IT Solution Support (10%):

Deliver services that meet business needs within defined Service Level and Service Availability Agreements.

Maintain a high level of customer service, analysing feedback and proactively adapting ICT services.

Requirements:

Matric and National Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, or Diploma in Business Analysis.

ISTQB Certification (Tester Foundation Level).

Minimum 5 years proven experience in Business Analysis and solution testing.

Knowledge of Agile development methodology.

Code B Driver’s License.
