MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant trade certificate in a Millwright or Electrician
- A minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience in maintenance
- Experience in Refrigeration will be advantageous
- Packhouse experience will be an advantage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
- Execute scheduled maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life span
- Diagnose mechanical faults in pneumatic and conveyor systems; perform timely repairs to restore production
- Fabricate, assemble, and retrofit mechanical / electrical systems to improve plant efficiency to meet evolving production needs.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, lockout / tagout procedures, and local industrial regulations.
- Maintain accurate service logs, repair reports, and parts inventories for machinery and tools.
- Install, dismantle, and precisely align industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing to prevent system failures and ensure consistent operation.
- Troubleshoot and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and HMI interfaces.
- Ensure that work performed is to the highest standards.
