Qualifications

Strong inventory control, supply chain, and procurement knowledge.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory software.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts, ensuring availability while minimizing holding costs.
Supervise, train, and motivate the parts department team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop and implement efficient systems for ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing parts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with automotive parts suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and stocktaking procedures are followed.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requirements for repairs and maintenance.
