The successful candidate will assist with vehicle inspection processes and ensure top standards at fitment centers. Candidates should possess a FET or TVET qualification and exhibit a proactive service-centric attitude. Work may require flexibility and independent travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer and/or service environments is advantageous.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Technical knowledge related to chip repairs and/or Autoglass Fitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support to enhance customer service.
• Ensure adherence to administrative best practices.
• Assist with electronic and manual Vehicle Inspection Certificates (VIC's).

Verbal and written literacy

Ability to use a variety of products, tools and smart devices

Further Educational Training (FET) / Technical Vocational Educational Training (TVET) qualification
