Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as an Auto Electrician on trackless equipment.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols.
• Perform preventative maintenance on TMM LV electrical systems.
• Fault find and repair TMM LV electrical systems.
• Meet work orders to a high standard.

Minimum Requirements

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• At least 3 years’ underground trackless experience as a qualified artisan
• 3 Years’ underground experience as an Auto Electrician on trackless equipment
• Component failure analysis and prevention, Equipment installation, repair & maintenance in underground trackless mining section.
• Working knowledge of Mineral Act & Regulations.
• Working knowledge of Codes of Practice and working guides.
• Lock-out procedures

Roles & Responsibilities

• Total adherence and compliance with the safety system
• Preventative maintenance on TMM LV electrical systems.
• Fault finding and repair on TMM LV electrical system.
• Execute work orders as per schedule and to a high standard.
• Undertake training to remain abreast with new developments in the field.
• Continuous improvement of maintenance to ensure improved TMM availability and to optimize stock holding.
