Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Auditor with IRBA
• Minimum 5 years in a management role within an auditing firm
• Experience managing large and complex audit portfolios
• Strong exposure to listed and/or large private entities

Responsibilities

• Lead and sign off on statutory audits in accordance with IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, ISAs, and the Companies Act
• Oversee audit planning, execution, review, and finalisation for complex engagements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients on audit, governance, risk, and regulatory matters
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within audit and assurance services
• Represent the firm at industry events, client meetings, and professional forums
• Drive risk management across the audit portfolio and ensure independence and engagement acceptance controls

• Ensure full compliance with IRBA standards, quality control (ISQM 1 & 2), and ethical requirements
• Oversee audit planning, execution, review,and finalisation for complex and high-risk engagements
• Build and maintain strong, long-termrelationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients onaudit, governance, risk, and regulatory matters
• Manage client portfolios, including feenegotiations and engagement economics
