ManpowerGroup in South Africa is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to lead and execute reviews across diverse functions. You will assess controls, identify risks, and present findings to senior management while tracking remediation efforts.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, independence, and a pragmatic business mindset, preferably with manufacturing or agro-processing exposure.

Formación

• Proven experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of audit principles, governance and control frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen, preferably within a manufacturing or agro-processing environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• FMCG, Manufacturing or Factory background

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute internal audit reviews across business functions.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, systems and operational processes.
• Identify risks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Maintain risk registers and contribute to ongoing risk management initiatives.
• Conduct investigations, compliance reviews and ad hoc audits when required.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of audit methodologies, policies and procedures.
