Qualifications
- B. Communication Pathology in Audiology (essential).
- 1-2 years experience as an Audiologist.
- Experience in sale and fitment of hearing aids.
- Experience with CRM tasks and digital environments.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned CRM tasks for follow-up, support, and surveys.
- Obtain quality information from customers to assist escalation.
- Respond to queries and provide feedback.
- Interpret feedback to improve hearing aid adoption and acclimatization.
- Troubleshoot hearing aid functionality and customer experience via voice/video/chat/email.
- Offer solutions to improve hearing aid performance and satisfaction.
- Escalate queries with discretion for efficient resolution.
- Coordinate with hearing experts to boost satisfaction.
- Ensure onboarding targets and retention goals are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate interaction records.
