Job summary

Au Pair position available in Woodhill, Pretoria East.

We are currently looking for an Au Pair for a permanent position based in Woodhill, Pretoria East.

Duration: Temporary position until 10 December 2026.

Salary: R8 000 – R10 000 per month.

Work hours: Monday to Friday 10am-4pm / 12h30pm-16h30pm / working hours slightly adjustable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable Afrikaans speaking individual with calm personality (aged older than 24 years)
• Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
• Matric / Grade 12 with above 70% for languages and mathematics (Copy of Matric Certificate required)
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as an Au Pair for children between 2-13 years
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Excellent skills to summarise for primary school work and examinations (Grade 4 and Grade 6)
• Non smoker / non vaper
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle a must
• Contactable employment references from non-family orientated employers
• To start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Au pair and tutoring duties for 2 boys aged 9 and 11 years (Grade 4 and Grade 6) residing in Woodhill Golf Estate
• Pick up children from school in Constantia Park and transport children daily to activities
• Assist with school work and preparation for exams
• Supervising domestic worker and gardener, and assist with daily needs at residence
• Manage school WhatsApp groups and school teams
