As an ASUS eShop Manager, your main task is to develop the ASUS eShop business, covering the full range of ASUS product lines. This role will be accountable for acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of local team, HQ & third-party vendors to deliver projects according to territory’s plan.
Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, pricing, and images on ASUS eCommerce platform.
Regularly update and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Monitor and analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Oversee the functionality and performance of the company’s website.
Ensure a seamless and user‑friendly shopping experience.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Use data‑driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
Monitor and enhance the customer journey on the website.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product management, sales, IT, and customer service.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging on ASUS eCommerce platform.
Smoothed the communication with ASUS eCommerce partner to ensure the smooth operation of ASUS eCommerce business and satisfy customers.
Phase in new ideas and digital insights according to the ASUS direction and adopt to the local market and execute.
Responsible for the new product launch on eShop in order to grow business and brand position. Define the launch strategy and plan, get consensus and resources from country managers, and execute with the stakeholders in country /territory/headquarters.
Ensure the security of customer information and transactions.
Stay updated with eCommerce trends and technological advancements.
