ACG Growth Partners™ is seeking an Associate Wealth Manager / Financial Planner to manage and grow affluent client relationships in Bedfordview, Gauteng. You will develop comprehensive financial plans, oversee investments and collaborate on practice growth in a relationship-driven environment.
The role requires CFP® and a strong background in private-client advisory, with fluency in Afrikaans and English, plus relevant qualifications. A boutique setting emphasizes discretion and client outcomes.
An established boutique wealth-management and financial-planning practice based in Bedfordview is seeking a professional, commercially aware and client-focused Associate Wealth Manager / Financial Planner.
You will help manage and develop long-term client relationships, financial-planning strategies, investment portfolios and practice-growth initiatives, working with affluent clients in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.
Fluent Afrikaans and English is a requirement of this role.
Depending on seniority, candidates should ideally have RE5, a valid and verifiable DOFA, FAIS fit‑and‑proper compliance, the required class‑of‑business and product‑specific training, a current CPD record and appropriate representative status.
Candidates who have recently completed their studies may be considered for a structured development appointment where supervision and training are available.
Experienced candidates will bring roughly three to seven or more years in holistic financial planning, wealth management, investment advice, private‑client servicing or portfolio construction, with proven ability to manage or support high‑net‑worth relationships and sound exposure to tax, estate and risk‑planning considerations.
Graduates and young professionals studying toward CFP® or CFA will be considered where they demonstrate strong technical aptitude, professionalism and excellent Afrikaans and English communication. A graduate would be developed through an associate pathway rather than managing complex high‑net‑worth relationships independently.
This is a boutique, relationship‑driven practice where trust, discretion and consistency matter as much as technical skill. The practice is looking for someone who builds genuine long‑term relationships, works collaboratively rather than competitively, takes ownership and values ethical advice and client outcomes.
