This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic’s Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education of the company’s products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research, including customers and competitors activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and change as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D Operations and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience in the Diabetes area.
  • Strong communicator, positive attitude, and willingness to learn fast.
